Exchange & Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds on any items, but will gladly exchange unworn/unwashed items within 5 days upon receiving your item(s). If you need to exchange an item please know that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask that you email us at sales@thelashdollcollection.com beforehand with your name, order number, and desired item to make sure we have it in stock.
PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, we are not responsible for any customs charges issued in accordance to your country's policies. We will not grant refunds for any customs charges assessed nor grant a refund for orders should the customer not pay the customs charge assessed.
